Welcome to YOUR credit union! We realize you have many choices for your financial services and we are very excited that you picked Quaker Oats Credit Union! You can open a savings account in-person or by mail.
First, please print, complete, and return the following forms to the credit union.
- New Member Application
- ATM Application if you would like an ATM Card.
Next, please make a photocopy of your Driver’s License and Social Security Card to be included in the packet of information to be provided to the credit union.
Then please review the following disclosures and feel free to download and print a copy for your records.
- Membership and Account Agreement Form
- Privacy Policy
- Truth in Savings Forms
- Electronic Funds Transfer
- Funds Availability
Lastly, we require a $5 deposit for your membership share which must remain in your account at all times. If you decide to close your account within 6 months or less of opening the account you forfeit the $5 membership share. If your account remains open for 6 months or more and you decide to close the account we will return your $5 membership share.
